1. General Policy
FJ Brews provides mobile coffee services for events. As our services involve labour, preparation, and allocation of event dates, all sales are considered final once confirmed.
2. Deposits
- All deposits are non‑refundable.
- Deposits secure your event date and cover administrative and scheduling costs.
- If you request a date change, your deposit may be transferred subject to availability.
3. Cancellations by the Client
- Payments made (including deposits) are non‑refundable if you cancel your booking.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the event, the full invoice amount may still be payable due to staffing, preparation, and stock commitments.
4. Cancellations by FJ Brews
- If FJ Brews must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made.
- FJ Brews is not liable for any additional costs incurred by the client (e.g., venue fees, third‑party suppliers).
5. Service Issues on the Day
If an issue arises during service:
- Please notify our team immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.
- Refunds will not be issued for matters outside our control (e.g., venue restrictions, weather, guest behaviour, power issues).
- Partial refunds may be considered only if FJ Brews is unable to deliver the agreed service due to an internal fault.
6. Digital Products, Gift Cards & Pre‑Paid Packages
- Digital products and gift cards are non‑refundable once delivered.
- Pre‑paid packages are transferable to another date or person but not refundable.
7. Event Changes
- Changes to guest numbers, service duration, or menu options must be requested in writing.
- Additional charges may apply.
- Reductions in service requirements do not qualify for refunds once payment of invoice has been made in full due to staffing and stock allocations.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By confirming your booking or making a payment, you acknowledge and accept this Return & Refund Policy.
